Welcome to NØRDS – your culinary journey through the north in the heart of Düsseldorf.

Under the creative direction of head chef Sebastian Wego, we combine Scandinavian cuisine with regional excellence. Our philosophy is based on uncompromising quality and sustainable sourcing: we source our fresh vegetables from selected producers in Mettmann-Obschwarzbach, the first-class fish comes directly from the Dutch Oosterschelde, and our high-quality meat is sourced from the picturesque Bay of Lüneburg, among other places.

The art of fermentation and smoking – traditional Nordic preparation methods – gives our dishes their unique flavour. The crusty bread, fresh daily from the Bulle bakery in the neighbouring Birkenstraße, rounds off the authentic taste experience perfectly.

In our puristically designed ambience, chef Sebastian Wego and his passionate team will spoil you with innovative creations that combine Nordic tradition with modern flair.
